At Two-Way Radio Accessories, we stand behind the reliability of our communication gear and offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and peripherals. If your equipment does not meet your operational standards, we are committed to providing a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific serial numbers of the radios or accessories you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, including all antennas, clips, chargers, and manuals, to ensure the electronics are shielded from static and impact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated electronics inspection facility via a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
